Chef Tito Navarro is a dynamic force in Canada’s culinary landscape, a red seal certified chef whose career spans more than two decades of passion, precision, and inspired creativity. Born and raised in Toronto, Chef Tito’s connection to food began early, driven by curiosity and a relentless desire to create memorable guest experiences. His culinary journey with Hilton Hotels took root in 2006 as an apprentice, laying a strong foundation that he would later elevate through formal training at Humber College’s esteemed Culinary Arts program, graduating in 2011.
Over the years, Chef Tito has honed his craft within some of Toronto’s most distinguished and high-performing hotel kitchens, earning recognition for his refined technique, innovative spirit, and artful presentation. His cuisine is a thoughtful balance of modern expression and local influence closely celebrating seasonality, sustainability, and the rich cultural interior of the city he calls home. Each dish reflects not only technical excellence but a story, a sense of place, and an unmistakable creative signature.
